Each of us has our own unique way of walking, sitting and moving, and this shifts through time with our changing moods and level of fatigue. Through the Alexander Technique, let us discover your unique needs to make the changes you want.

During the lesson I explain the principles of the Alexander technique, observe specific movement and breathing patterns, and use my hands to gently guide movement; mostly placing them on the neck, shoulders and back.
