Yoga Reimagined

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.

Rossella Buono

Born in Italy in 1975, Rossella splits her time between Australia, where she trained with David Moore in Melbourne, and her adoptive home in the UK.

As well as running a busy practice as an Alexander Technique teacher in Canterbury, UK, and online, Rossella also teaches the Technique at the School for FM Alexander Studies in Australia. In 2022, she co-directed the Berlin Congress.

Rossella is the author of For the Love of Games with Anne Mallen, with beautiful illustrations by Melbourne artist Isobel Knowles. This collection of games and activities, some original and some gathered over the years, offers a resource for AT teachers to begin working with groups or add depth and variety to an existing group-based practice.

Rossella co-founded and co-curates Authors - not your usual Book Club with Jana Boronova. A keen proponent of collaboration, she has worked with Luke Hockley to offer the workshop Learning How to Learn, Jeremy Chance’s AT Success course and many more.

She also assists David Moore with his Smart Yoga and AT training classes.

Her interest in training courses has taken her to New York, Germany, Ireland and around the United Kingdom, to share work and present on the topics of marketing, activities, anatomy, working with groups and social media. She loves to share her resources and experience with new teachers and is passionate about seeing them thrive.

Rossella has a gift for organising, a dynamic personality and a down to earth approach to things, allowing her to join the dots leading to new content and collaborative projects. She sees the Alexander Technique as an effective and sustainable model of personal and social development. Bringing an inclusive and practical spirit to all her activities, Rossella aims to realise the Technique’s value as a resource to as many people as possible.
